Gavin Brown is a Canadian songwriter, record producer and musician. His career started as a drummer for Crash Vegas, Skydiggers, Big Sugar, Jim Cuddy, Great Big Sea, Sarah Harmer and Danko Jones. After he co-wrote and produced Danko Jones’ first hit “bounce” he transitioned into song writing and producing. Signing with EMI Music Publishing Canada publishing in 2000 he mentored and developed Three Days Grace and Billy Talent earning him the Juno for producer of the year in 2003. Three Days Grace has gone onto an unprecedented career with 17 consecutive #1 hits at Mainstream Rock Radio in USA. Billy Talent continues to have multi-platinum success, with consistent radio play and headline slots in festivals across Canada and Europe. In addition to these break-out successes, Gavin has written with and/or produced Sting, The Tragically Hip, Lil Peep, Barenaked Ladies, Metric (including the title track for Grammy nominated soundtrack to movie Twilight: Eclipse), Tea Party, Mother Mother, Glorious Sons, Sarah Harmer, Thornley, Skillet (most successful Christian rock song in history “Monster”), Stereos, Trews, Roadhammers, Dan Hill, Hoobastank and more. Gavin helped launch the Barometer Global Music Royalty Fund in 2021 in conjunction with Barometer Capital and assisted with the development, structure, acquisition, and portfolio composition for that fund.

Dave Gamble has over 25 years of investment industry experience with a passion of working with entrepreneurial clients requiring a detailed professional approach to wealth management. He began his career in the financial services industry trading equities and options with a large Canadian bank-owned investment firm. Dave completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1999 at Bemidji State University in Minnesota and holds a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation, allowing for discretionary portfolio management of accounts for retail and institutional clients.

Rod has over 30 years of experience overseeing financial operations for global organizations. He is a strategic leader with deep financial acumen across retail, corporate, wealth, and capital markets. Rod Bolger has joined Albany Avenue Music Fund as a partner and will also chair the Investment committee of the Fund. Rod was Chief Financial Officer of Royal Bank of Canada, Canada’s largest bank and the ninth largest bank in the world by market capitalization. He was responsible for the stewardship of RBC’s $1.7 trillion balance sheet, including liquidity as well as annual revenues of $50 billion and earnings of $16 billion. RBC meaningfully outperformed its peer group during his tenure. Prior to joining RBC, Rod served as CFO/Deputy CFO of five business unit at Bank of America & Citigroup in New York, Boston and Charlotte, including Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Capital Markets and Global Technology & Operations. Previously, he spent over a decade with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the U.S. and the U.K. He also served on the Operating Committees for the Wealth Management business as well as Investor & Treasury Services (RBC’s custodial bank) and on the Board of Directors of RBC’s US Holding Company as well as RBC Investor Services Trust. He currently is a partner at Financial Solutions Partners in New York with over $10 billion of US bank assets under management. He is also a part-owner and resides on the Board of Directors and Investment Committee for Carriage House Wealth, a Toronto wealth management service provider to a select group of ultra high net worth individuals and families with over $300 million under management.
